Report

Reflection & Action distinguishes clients (persons who do a SKM Self-investigation) and customers (persons or organisations who pay for the analysis). Unless the client and the customer are the same person, the following principles are applicable to the report:

Reflection & Action aims at clear agreements with the client and customer about the report before the self-investigation takes place.

The contents of a SKM Self-investigation is confidential and in principle accessible by the client only.

The client will receive a written report of the self-investigation, with an explanation of the steps taken and their result.

If both parties find it advisable, the customer will be kept informed about the progress of the analysis and – in any case- of the consequences relevant to him/her.

In case the relationship between the customer and client offers the opportunity, it is obvious that the client him-/herself reports about this.

Report in the form of a discussion between the customer (and parents), client and SKM-coach may be desired to formulate the consequences of the analysis together and to help implement these.
